Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kovaro (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Kovaro is an AI platform that helps you build and run an online business — generating brands, websites, apps, content, and emails, and automating parts of their operation. AI output is generated on demand and is a starting point: review it before you rely on it or publish it. See our Disclaimer.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to use paid features. Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, especially the email we use to reach you about billing and your data.
3. Credits, subscriptions & refunds
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe as described at purchase. Credits are consumed when you generate — each generation incurs a real compute cost at the moment you run it. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
4. Your content
You own the business information you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the output generated for you. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service (including publishing sites you ask us to publish). You are responsible for what you publish — including having the rights to any materials you upload and complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights (including trademarks and copyrights), generate deceptive or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Third-party services
Parts of the Service depend on third-party providers (AI models, payments, email, hosting, social platforms — listed in our Privacy Policy). We don't control those providers, and connected platforms are governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output may contain errors — verify before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kovaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
