Data Deletion

Last updated June 2026

You're in control of your data. This page explains how to remove it — either by disconnecting individual accounts or by requesting full deletion of everything we hold.

Disconnect a connected account

If you connected a social or service account so Kovaro could publish or send on your behalf, go to Connections in the app and disconnect the platform. Disconnecting immediately revokes Kovaro's stored access token for that account, so we can no longer act on it. You can also revoke access directly in the platform's own app or security settings.

Clear local data

Some of your work is stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data for Kovaro removes that locally stored work from your device.

Request full deletion

To delete all data associated with your account, email support@kovaro.org from the address on your account, or send a request with that email address. We'll verify the request and permanently delete your account-stored data.

Platform deletion callbacks

For accounts connected through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, Kovaro supports the platforms' data-deletion callback flow. When you trigger a deletion request from those platforms, our deletion endpoint receives the request and removes the data we stored for that connection.

What happens after deletion

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. We may retain a minimal record where required to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations, but this is kept to what the law requires and is not used for any other purpose.
