Refund Policy

Kovaro runs on credits — you buy credits and spend them to generate assets, content, and more. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don't automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
Credits
Credits you have purchased but not yet used may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been consumed to generate output, they cannot be refunded — generation uses real compute and AI provider costs at the moment you run it.
Consumed credits are non-refundable
Because each generation incurs an immediate, non-recoverable cost, credits spent on completed generations are final. This applies even if you're not satisfied with a particular result — AI output is a starting point you can regenerate or refine.
How to request a refund
Email support@kovaro.org with the email on your account and a brief note about what you'd like refunded. We'll review eligible requests promptly.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear after we process the refund.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge or an obvious mistake — contact us and we'll make it right, regardless of the timelines above.
